Preheat garment for 2-4 Secs

Metallic side goes face down for cutting and be sure not to forget to mirror your image! 

Apply at 280F Medium pressure for 10 Secs, peel carrier hot/warm and REPRESS for an additional 10 secs

Wait 24 hours before first wash
Machine wash cold
Use mild detergent
Tumble dry on low setting

Wash inside-out for best results
