Most orders ship UPS and ship out within 1-2 days! If we experience a delay we will contact you. 

Shipping policy. We strive to ship out same day or next unless you have a custom order. Most orders are ship through UPS unless stated otherwise or it's destination is a P.O Box then it will go through USPS. If a product is damaged or missing, please do not hesitate to reach out. Claims cannot be filed on missing packages unless it has been more than 14 business days. In that case we will either refund or reship and file the claim ourselves. Larger orders may sometimes be split in two packages, be aware if the box is marked 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. They are always sent out together but don't always arrive together. 

Return policy. All sales are final on vinyl once it leaves our locations. If you are not satisfied with any other products or have changed your mind and you are a local customer, you can bring your product back to the store with a paid receipt within 30 days and we will offer an even exchange or store credit to shop that day. If you had your order shipped, you must pay shipping back to us and then once received we will issue the refund. 

In Store pick ups. Most pick up orders are pulled same day. That is not always the case so please allow us some time to get your order together. If there is a delay with a product we will let you know. If its been more than 3 days, please contact us. Also be aware the confirmation pick up email can also go to your spam email folder.
