Custom Leather Hat Patch

Patches are cut and etched with our commercial grade laser and have an adhesive on the back of them ready to bond!

We can etch into the leather for the two toned popular look or we can full color print on white leather with our UV flat bed!

Hat Patches are no bigger than 2.25" Tall or 3"W Please BE specific 

For users with a hat press that is only heated from the top, we have the perfect settings for you!  Remove White backing.

1. Set your hat press to 300°F.

2. Pre-Press your hat for 25-30 seconds.

3. Place your patch on the hat immediately after the pre-press & apply enough pressure for the patch to stay in place while the hat is hot.
