We’re always looking for ways to give you the best — and we’ve just upgraded our custom transfer printers to an even higher-quality system! What does this mean for you? Faster turnaround times, Brighter colors, Sharper detail, Softer feel and longer-lasting transfers! Because of this upgrade, your custom files may look slightly different than previous orders — but only in the best way!

Once custom prints are submitted they are non-refundable. 

We are happy to print your DTF transfers.  Before the printing process begins I want to inform you that the file you create and send is the exact file that will be sent to the printer. Therefore we recommend a high resolution JPEG (photo) or a PNG file for graphics.  If not you're taking the risk of having a low quality image printed.  No screen shots or pictures of projects will be accepted.  We will NOT modify your graphics in anyway shape or form what you send is what we print.

A clamp down heat press is recommend for application! 

Custom prints have a 2-3 business day turn around time, and an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. (Business  days means M-F. We don't  print on weekends. )

If you would like yours printed on a specific printer to match colors from a previous order, please note which printer in the notes section. 

Keep in mind this is a white ink printer we use and if your image has a white background then it will print it that too. 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Can be applied to any cotton or poly blends
Can be applied to any color
Apply at 315F for 20 seconds (use less heat for polyester) 
Heavy pressure
Warm Peel Wait at least 30 secs
Repress for 10 seconds with parchment paper! No teflon or butcher paper please!
Wait 24 hours before washing your garment.    Wash in cold water, inside out, no bleach, no softener, and tumble dry low or hang to dry.
