Once custom prints are submitted they are non-refundable. 

We are happy to print & cut your custom adhesive vinyl transfers.  Before the printing process begins I want to inform you that the file you create and send is the exact file that will be sent to the printer. Therefore we recommend a high resolution JPEG (photo) or a PNG file for graphics.  If not you're taking the risk of having a low quality image printed.  No screen shots or pictures of projects will be accepted.  We will NOT modify your graphics in anyway shape or form what you send is what we print.

Orajet digital media is a 3-year outdoor durability and is waterproof with a white background.

Custom prints have a 2-3  business day turn around time, and an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.

(Business  days means M-F. We don't  print on weekends. )
